Reply ↓ A.M.A.Z.I.N.G !! x Reply ↓ Thanks A++++ Reply ↓ Came out well but i suggest putting some sugar is scone mix as mine came out a little bitter Reply ↓ Did you mean 1/4 cup cold water. That is what I used as scone dough shouldn’t be too wet and sloppy. They turned out great! Reply ↓ To be honest, it’s been so long since I made these scones, it could indeed be 1/4 cup – as long as you get a good, stiff dough. Glad they turned out ok Reply ↓ the best pinwheel recipe i have ever used! will make over and over Reply ↓ These are really nice, but the dough is a little bit salty. Do not but any salt in but replace with 11/2 tablespoons of sugar instead. Also double the brown sugar and cinnamon so it is nice and caramelised xx Overall Delicious Reply ↓ 5/4/2013, delicious recipe enjoyed by whole family. Could increase cinnamon and brown sugar slightly for more taste. Reply ↓ Leave a Reply Cancel reply Your email address will not be published.
